Been let down or up against a tight deadline? - we may be able to help you quickly. We often can help with odd programs and often FIX bad pictures and bad file or documnt formats. We can convert, extract or replace texts and pictures in documents. Convert and replace PDF in most (not all) cases. You may simply need 'over the phone' assistance' or a 'one off' solution. PC to Mac or Mac to PC file conversions, no problem. We have a high success rate and if we cannot help then you will have at least tried us. Minimum fee is £15 to new clients (via PayPal) to look at the problem. If we choose to fix it - we will guarantee the cost we quote at the time to you. No other cost involved!

If we cannot fix it, you could be stuck forever. If we can 'FIX-IT' then you could be saved as most jobs can be reviewed or fixed same day. This is very useful if your stuck to use a 'bad' document with cannot be 'easily' edited or redone without an expert opinion.

The minimum fee is to check your file - not fix it. We estimate the problem first and then fix it for a set charge which we guarantee. Although we may aim for a same day fix it depends on the problem you've asked us about. Sometimes it's obvious at other times it needs to be found, hence we reserve to spend a bit longer, if required. But we will fix it if we can.
